Daily advisories
Depending upon the frequency at which each beach is monitored, advisories are made describing the water quality conditions of the beach one to many times each week (but only once per day). Below are the latest advisories added within the last 24 hours sorted by county and then beach name. Advisories are not necessarily updated each time a monitoring sample is taken but when the advisory or reason for the advisory has changed. It is at the descretion each of the monitoring groups whether to update the advisory every time a sample is taken or just when conditions of the advisory change.

Daily E. coli data
Depending upon the frequency at which each beach is monitored, water samples that will be analyzed for
E. coli data are collected at one or more stations along each beach one to many times each week (but only once per day). Small beaches may have only one station where a water quality sample is taken but larger beaches may have multiple stations were samples are collected. Samples are generally collected in the areas where people swim. Below are the
E. coli data collected in the last 24 hours.

Real-time in-lake monitoring data and meteorological conditions at South Shore Beach in Milwaukee
In-lake monitoring data and meteorological conditions at South Shore Beach in Milwaukee have been collected since 2000. In in-lake monitoring sonde records information like water temperature, chlorophyll a, specific conductance, etc. Meteological data include rainfall, wind speed, wind direction, and air temperature. Data are collected and available on the website every hour during daylight. Listed below is the most recent data. All data are
provisional and subject to revision.
